		<description><![CDATA[I attended the West Hollywood General Plan 2035 meeting on 7/11/10 in the West Hollywood auditorium.

In my opinion, the General Plan's outline pays lip service to the level of water &#038; power conservation required by Weho's level of growth during the General Plan.  The General Plan seems NOT to take into account the loss of 20-30% of water in our public holding areas nor are we capable of getting any more power into California, because we are unable to load up more power through Path 15.]]></description>
