		<description>Trip Wilmot was the WEHO drunk, surprised karma took this long to catch up. I for one will be making my way back to the strip to see the new changes. Changes for the better. I did verify the public records, all these court precedings must have cut into his 24 hour drinking schedule. I quit going to this bar shortly after it opened, for no other reason than Trip himself had his staff ignore me (a paying customer) to make him a cocktail. I&#039;m sure that had something to do with investor&#039;s getting screwed.</description>

		<description>Trip actually had a lease offered to him over a year ago however for some reason he never signed it. He is being sued by his largest investor for never paying a penny of principle or interest on her loan to him since 2004. As well his employees have filed suit for non-payment of their wages and a potential buyer is suing for fraud. All of this is filed with LA Superior court for public verification. Trip contends that this situation is due to everyone and everything other then himself. Look this place at its best looked like the interior lobby of a Radisson in Iowa and its obvious he wasn&#039;t a good businessman. Adios!! I hope the new owners burn some sage in that place.</description>
