EastWestLounge’s owner Trip Wilmot reported he was unable to come to terms on a new lease with landlord Golden West Properties and had been operating on a month-to-month lease for many months avoiding signing an unfavorable long term lease as presented by Golden West Properties. Can’t wait to see what Trip creates next.
