By WeHo News Staff, West Hollywood, California (May 31, 2009) Five years ago, the highly successful Wrecking Ball Tour was born as a stroll through central West Hollywood with an emphasis on endangered or destroyed landmarks including structures in the historic district. Five years later, there are still buildings threatened from the Golden Era of Hollywood, but there are also success stories in preservation to celebrate. This revival of the walking tour will originate in front of Tara, the graceful intact Colonial Revival mansion and grounds in the historic district of North Laurel Avenue.
