Last week on the Today Show, Al Roker spoke with real estate agent Barbara Corcoran about some of the mistakes that could cost home sellers big bucks.  One of these common mistakes, says Corcoran, is being insulted by a low offer.  She goes on to explain that after negotiations, low bids often turn into higher ones as 4 out of 5 homebuyers come up in price through the negotiation process.
